SHIPPING
All orders are sent from Nottingham in the United Kingdom.
We ship orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the next shipping day.
Where possible please enter a shipping address where someone will be able to receive the delivery as your parcel may require a signature.
For international orders, we use local postal services for Standard shipping and couriers (usually DHL) for Express services. If you need your order quickly please use an Express service. Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for paying any import fees that may arise at the delivery destination.
The below shipping times are an estimate given by the courier companies we use, there are times when delays occur and your parcel may take longer to arrive.

CUSTOMS & TAX
Orders from outside the UK may be subject to import fees upon entry to the recipient's country. The customer will need to pay these in order to receive the goods.
Please note that Campbell Cole is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, you can return any unused items within 30 days of receipt.
How to return your order:
UK Customers
1. Email info@campbellcole.co.uk with your order number and reason for return and we will reply with a pre-paid printable Royal Mail returns address label.
2. Attach the returns address label to the parcel. Return the product(s) in original condition complete with brand packaging. We will deduct £3 from the refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
Alternatively to receive a full refund, use your own courier and email us the tracking information so we can look out for it. 3. Following satisfactory inspection of your returned items we will issue a refund for the goods.
Please ensure you package the item in a suitable way to avoid any third party damage. Products that are returned to us remain your responsibility until they have been received and a refund / exchange cannot be given until this point.
International Customers
1. Email info@campbellcole.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will reply with our return shipping address details.
3. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping, so you (the customer) will need to arrange the return shipping.
